Our Founder & Leader
Christina Renée Joubert is a transformational teacher, mindset coach, business consultant, and leader who teaches people and businesses how to cause the positive effects they want to see — at home, at work, in their communities, and in the world.
Christina’s teachings and mindset mastery abilities help people to turn traditional, paralyzing beliefs, behaviors, and patterns on their head — and her mindset tools and strategies give people a new, refreshed, empowered way to look at the same old problems and the same old dysfunctional patterns that show up in life — so that they can change them.
When Christina is working with a person, community, or a group, she uses her deeply moving and compelling life story, coupled with her training and expertise to help motivate others to see things differently, and to grow and achieve personal greatness in life, work, and in the world.
In all of her talks, speeches, consulting arrangements, and workshops, she draws upon stories from her own life to illustrate points, explain complex theories, validate the methodologies she teaches, and substantiate the power behind the tools and strategies she’s created so that others can realize their own true potential and power to change, and heal, and grow from everyone and everything.
One of the attributes that sets Christina and Culture Consulting Solutions™ apart is that Christina is driven by a deep, deep passion and a deep, deep love for all people. Christina does what she does every day because she knows that our work is contributing to making people’s lives and lineages better and the world a better place.
Prior to launching Culture Consulting Solutions™ Christina was a life coach to private clients exclusively, and before that she was an institutional advisor for 17.5 years and a vice president at the world’s largest privately held, independent insurance brokerage firm. While in corporate America, Christina led a team and helped build her office’s retirement practice from $500M in AUM to $6B in AUM in just under six years, with very little increase in overhead. During Christina’s 17.5 years in the business, she worked directly with over 500 employers overseeing and leading complex governance, legal, investment, fiduciary, operational, regulatory, and compliance strategies; led thousands of board and committee meetings; and had an overall personal client retention rate of 99.98%.
When Christina is not teaching, speaking, or leading, she’s undoubtedly spending time with her son; exploring life; and enjoying every second of living, loving, learning, and growing.
